Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made with proper notice will be eligible for a refund, which will be initiated within 48 hours of the cancellation request. Late cancellations or missed appointments may not be refunded.
